Marvellous location to a famed street. What a welcoming staff. A small kitchen and a kettle in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed.

Actually, the room was well decorated and brand-new, it also had hairdryers, shower caps, and bath sheets. The location was good and perfect and walk from a metro station. The vibe here was quiet...

Great breakfast with freshpressed juice and with good food available. The staff were highly courteous and knowledgeable and the design was modern.

Clean property, breakfast is nice and reasonably priced. The hotel's location is great, right by famous attractions, Gran Via, main shopping area and two different subway stations. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Moncloa-Aravaca district. All the staff members are very pleasant and incredibly nice. The ambiance is quiet.

My recent stay at Suites Viena was exceptional. The hotel was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The location was central, just a short walk from popular attractions like Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace. There was also a great restaurant nearby with affordable prices and delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay in Madrid.

perfect location between Plaza de España and Templo de Debod, 3 minute walk at a quiet pace. Metro stops at 5 minutes and Gran Via at a few meters... well connected, walking to Plaza de Callao 10 minutes and Puerta del Sol 15. hotel is very good, buffet breakfast at 7. 5... in the area there are many places, parking at 24 euros a day. to park the area is busy, there is more parking in the area, comfort of being in the same hotel, in our case we did not need because we went in Ave to Madrid. bed is not a double bed, two beds together, that if very comfortable and very spacious. It has a mini bar that can be used to have your fresh drinks, as well as a small kitchen if you want to cook something. They make the room daily. nice receptionists and will solve all the doubts that you have of the zone.

What we didn't like is that the third bed for an adult, although it is a good mattress, is a standard 90-foot bed with a wood headboard that is quite uncomfortable for an adult. For a child, that's a good enough bed. As well as the views from room 210 overlooking an inner courtyard of several estates, but in the upper rooms I imagine the views will be better. The service area (restaurants, supermarkets, etc.) is quite desolate in the area ... but as it is close to everything downtown ... not much problem.

A nice size room with a storage, thick blackout curtains and a kettle, and comfortable bed. Location near both metro and shopping, the main tourist areas, and the Cathedral. For tea or coffee visit Bar Restaurante Penjamo nearby.

Marvellous location at a moderate distance from a luxurious over-the-top rococo palace. Residential area short walk to the underground or the Hop on/off buses and shops & restaurants.

This hotel is a fantastic choice for your stay in the city. the location is brilliant - all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Secondly, the staff are super friendly and always ready to help, making you feel like they genuinely care. Finally, the rooms are spacious, luxurious, and kept exceptionally clean. Plus, the breakfast with its fresh-pressed juice adds that perfect continental touch.

There's no such thing.

The very comfortable beds, the perfect room temperature for a Madrid summer. The bathrooms are clean and well ordered. The staff, attentive and friendly helped in everything. The fact that they had a luggage scale at the reception is appreciated, especially if you buy something and it increases the weight of your suitcase, it is very useful. The perfect location, not far from the centre of Madrid (100 metres from Plaza de España) but far enough away on a quiet street to rest and recuperate without outside noise. In short, a good hotel at an excellent price and a perfect location.

Perhaps it was the distribution of the room, electrical plugs are far from the tables or places where you can put to recharge cell phones, digital cameras, tablets, etc.. It would be a comfort for the guest to have closer plugs and not to put the devices on the floor.

It's a gorgeous hotel with amicable staff and lovely views of courtyard. The double room is nicely decorated and brand-new. The location is marvellous and brilliant, not too far away from a prominent opera house. The service is amazing, includes convenient parking.
